Returns & Exchanges (Temporary Policy)

Because our products are fulfilled through multiple manufacturing partners, return procedures may vary by item. While we finalize our long‑term return process, we ask that all customers contact us first so we can review your request and provide the correct instructions.

Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return if they are:

– Unworn
– Unwashed
– Unaltered (lace uncut, no styling or coloring)
– In original packaging
– Requested within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted due to hygiene and quality‑control standards.

Non‑Returnable Items
– Worn or altered wigs
– Items with lace cut or removed
– Clearance or final‑sale items
– Accessories

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist promptly.
